Healthy Christians – Terms of Use & Liability Waiver to include your Permission and Consent to share this information with Daryl Jackson, Sr., Grandmaster of Jackson's Black Academy located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or participating in Healthy Christians programs, you agree to these Terms of Use and Liability Waiver. Clicking “I Agree” constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under United States Federal ESIGN Act (2000).

2. Description of Services

Healthy Christians provides:

  • Online fitness training

  • Movement Analysis Assessments

  • Optional 3D body scans

  • Wellness education

These services are not medical treatment.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to:

  • Adults age 18+

  • Minors ages 8–17 with verified parent/guardian consent

4. Assumption of Risk

You understand that physical activity involves inherent risks, including:

  • Muscle strain

  • Joint discomfort

  • Falls or accidental injury

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. Health Acknowledgment

You confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You have consulted a physician if needed

  • You will stop any activity causing pain or discomfort

Healthy Christians does not provide medical advice.

6. 3D Scan Data

If you participate in a Movement Analysis Assessment:

  • Your 3D scan may be stored for 45 days, without an active plan

  • You may request deletion at any time

  • Data is used only for assessment and program design

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Healthy Christians from liability related to:

  • Online training

  • Movement assessments

  • 3D scan procedures

  • Use or storage of assessment data

This release applies to ordinary negligence.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Healthy Christians for claims arising from your participation or misuse of training content.

9. Electronic Consent

Clicking “I Agree” or checking a required box constitutes your electronic signature.
